Florasis Rewardに参加すると、メンバーは多くの特典を享受できます。例えば、新規会員登録への50ポイント、新製品やキャンペーンの情報、ポイント倍率のイベント、年に一度の誕生日プレゼント、無料配送などがあります！
会員様はポイントで限定アイテムやベストセラー商品が交換できます。おアカウントにログインし、「ポイント活用」内の「ポイント交換」をご覧ください。
ポイントは付与月より12カ月有効です。獲得日から12ヶ月後にポイントは失効します。クーポンには個別の有効期限があります。有効期間内にポイントとクーポンをご利用ください。
会員様は、ー年内にレベルに到達する必要があります。一度到達すると、そのー年内に特典を享受し、メンバーシップを維持またはアップグレードするために十分なポイントを獲得することができます。12ヶ月間同じレベルに留まり、次のレベルに進まなかった場合、過去12ヶ月の支出履歴に応じたレベルに降格されます。
ポイントの加算やステージの更新は注文確定するまで保留されます。商品が発送されてから最大48時間以内に、加算もしくは更新いたします。
返品、または注文がキャンセルされた場合、その購入によって得られたポイントは取り消されます。クーポンは次回ご注文の際に再有効されます。
いいえ、ポイントや特典を共有したり、組み合わせたりすることはできません。ポイントや特典を貯めることができるのは、商品を購入した会員本人のみです。
